DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE AN ORDER?
Signing up for an account is not necessary; however, doing so keeps you updated with your order history and tracking information, as well special promotions when they become available. We often have promotions that are specifically for registered users.
WHERE IS MY SHIPPING/TRACKING INFORMATION?
• You will receive a thank you email which will contain your receipt.
• We will dispatch your purchased products to our third-party couriers (Kerry Express).
• Within 24 hours you will receive an email with your tracking information. You will receive your order within 1-3 days.
MY PACKAGE AND COFFEE ARRIVED DAMAGE
We take great pride in our products and that includes each order is protected on its journey from our roaster to your doorstep. If the contents of your package were damaged, and please send a video to [ don@doncarlosthailand.com ] with the subject line “Damaged package” . Order ##. We will review your email and send over a new order immediately.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

HOW LONG IS YOUR COFFEE GOOD FOR?
We recommend our coffee to be consumed within the duration of time mentioned on our coffee packages for each product.

You can place order for our DON CARLOS coffee containing multiple products.
I PLACED AN ORDER, CAN I ADD ITEMS, MODIFY OR CANCEL THE ORDER?
Before checking out, make sure you review the list of the products to be ordered. However, if you have already done the payment and still want to add items, modify or cancel the order please reach out to us on [ Line ] for special assistance.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE MY COFFEE?
For optimal freshness, we suggest storing our coffee at room temperature in an airtight container or keeping it in the airtight container with the original DON CARLOS coffee bags.
